In America you can’t have real nice food, it is all about fast-food, … are common misunderstandings from Europeans (Belgians for sure) if we are talking about our vacations we spent in the USA.
So, indeed fast-food is cheap over there. If you go to Mc Donald’s, you don’t have to pay separately for ketchup or some other sauces, fast-food is widely spread, but in Belgium they exist as well.
If you go there or not, is your free choice, and bad or not, just eat everything with moderation and you will live long and happy. So, we enjoyed eating the whole chain: from fast-food, via pizza, pretzels, hotdogs, jamba juice till real fine menus in very good restaurants.
So we divided this section in 2: Restaurants (real menus & wine) and Diners.
