Just minutes from Hot Springs, SD, Travel 12 miles south on HWY71. Go across Cheyenne River Bridge. Look for Wild Horse Sanctuary Road sign on the right of the road. Turn right on Rocky Ford Road and then, right on Highland Road. Travel 3 miles to the visitor center.
