How Much Should I Tip at Restaurants?

Documents you will need to have an easy entry in the United States are (if living and departing from Belgium): a valid Photo ID, a valid passport, the ESTA document .
Renting a Car
For renting our cars we rely on Avis and Hertz, as they have each there advantages, depending on what you want. Advantage of both is the renting is all included, no hidden costs.
